Naina is a highly respected life coach and motivational speaker renowned for her transformative approach to personal development and leadership. With experience in coaching, Naina has helped many individuals achieve their personal and professional goals through her tailored coaching programs.

Communities in London, ON also recognize her for her dedication to selfless service (Seva). She also won the 2024 Leading Women Leading Girls award for her kindness, knowledge, and acting as a trusted mentor for London newcomers, especially from the Punjabi community, and a lifeline for women experiencing intimate partner violence. For newcomers, she helps London feel like home by fostering community engagement and connecting people with local businesses and organizations. As a genuine leader, she works tirelessly to create a positive, healthy, and violence-free community, inspiring and uplifting everyone around her.
